The EX58 series is a universal Φ58mm aluminum housing incremental optical encoder, widely applied to CNC spindles, printing rollers, packaging machinery, conveying equipment and servo motor closed-loop control.Model EX5815-2000Z-19C05L-2M adopts 15mm heavy-duty solid shaft with keyway, matched with standard flexible coupling for spindle and rotating shaft connection. The V19 internal structure is optimized with thickened shock-absorbing pads and pre-tightened dual bearings to enhance stability under long-term high-speed vibration. It outputs full differential A/B/Z TTL complementary signals to realize real-time speed detection, rotation direction discrimination and one-turn power-on origin reset. The encoder is equipped with factory pre-connected 2-meter double shielded cable for plug-and-play installation without additional wiring extension.
