The PIB6C-1024-G5-15T-3M incremental optical encoder is part of the PIB6C miniature encoder series, fitted with standard 6mm solid shaft for narrow installation space. This high-resolution 1024PPR rotary encoder outputs full orthogonal ABZ three-phase pulses with independent Z-phase zero reference pulse, supporting precise speed detection, rotation direction recognition and mechanical origin homing.This incremental encoder adopts radial side shielded cable outlet and DC5–15V narrow voltage NPN open collector output circuit, which is compatible with most general PLC, pulse counters and conventional industrial control modules. Equipped with factory-standard 3-meter shielded cable, the compact 6mm solid shaft encoder delivers stable signal transmission, low power consumption and excellent anti-vibration performance. It is widely applied to small servo motors, precision printing machines, packaging equipment, textile auxiliary machinery and various miniature industrial closed-loop positioning and speed monitoring systems.
