The PIB6C-1024Z-G5-24C-A-2M incremental optical encoder is a customized A-version product of the PIB6C miniature encoder series, adopting a standard 6mm solid shaft design to fit limited installation space. Marked with suffix Z, this 1024PPR rotary encoder outputs full orthogonal ABZ three-phase pulses with independent Z-phase zero index signal, realizing accurate speed testing, rotation direction judgment and mechanical origin homing.This incremental encoder features radial side shielded cable outlet and DC5–24V wide voltage open collector output circuit, which matches common PLC, pulse counters and regular industrial control modules. Equipped with factory standard 2-meter shielded cable, this Custom A 6mm solid shaft encoder is modified for special installation requirements, with low power consumption, strong anti-interference performance and reliable shock resistance. It is widely applied to customized small servo equipment, precision printing machines, packaging devices, textile auxiliary machinery and various special miniature industrial closed-loop speed & positioning detection systems.
