The PIB6C-2500-G24F-4M incremental optical encoder belongs to PIB6C miniature series, equipped with standard 6mm solid shaft for compact space installation. This high-resolution 2500PPR rotary encoder outputs complete ABZ three-phase orthogonal pulses with independent Z-phase zero reference signal, realizing ultra-precise speed detection, rotation direction discrimination and origin homing positioning.This incremental optical encoder adopts radial side shielded cable outlet design and built-in DC24V push-pull output circuit, which is highly compatible with mainstream PLC, servo drives and pulse counting modules. It is matched with factory-standard 4-meter shielded cable to guarantee stable signal transmission over medium-long distance. Featuring small body, easy installation, outstanding shock resistance and strong anti-interference performance, the 6mm solid shaft encoder is widely applied to small servo motors, CNC precision equipment, printing machinery, packaging equipment and high-precision industrial closed-loop motion control systems.
