PIE8 series fully sealed heavy-duty optical incremental encoders are specially developed for spindles of CNC lathes, milling machines and high-speed machining centers. The PIE8-1800-G24C model comes with a universal 8mm solid shaft, which connects to the spindle via flexible coupling. It delivers high-precision real-time spindle speed detection, rotation direction identification and one-turn zero-point calibration for precision metal cutting.
