PZF-360-G05L is a professional incremental spindle encoder exclusively for CNC lathes, milling machines and machining centers. Full model definition as below: PZF series machine spindle encoder with 66mm outer diameter aluminum housing and Φ15mm solid shaft for spindle coupling installation; 360 stands for 360 pulses per full rotation, outputting A/B/Z 90° phase quadrature signals to realize spindle speed feedback and origin positioning; built-in DC5V RS422 differential output circuit features powerful anti-electromagnetic interference to eliminate disturbance from spindle inverters; G05L refers to radial integrated molded shielded cable outlet without aviation plug, simplifying wiring inside machine tool electrical cabinets.This spindle encoder integrates reverse connection, surge and short-circuit multi-protection circuit. IP54 sealing structure prevents metal dust and cutting fluid splashing. Operating temperature ranges from -10℃ to +70℃, maximum continuous rotation speed reaches 6000rpm, perfectly matching the operating parameters of mainstream CNC spindles.
