PZF-360-G24C is a special incremental rotary encoder for CNC lathes, milling machines and machining centers. Full model interpretation: PZF refers to machine tool spindle encoder series with 66mm outer diameter aluminum shell and Φ15mm solid shaft, convenient to install with standard spindle coupling; 360 stands for 360 pulses per full rotation, outputting A/B/Z 90° phase quadrature signals to realize spindle speed feedback and zero origin positioning; G24C represents radial shielded cable outlet and built-in DC24V NPN open collector output circuit, highly compatible with mainstream domestic CNC control systems.Built-in multi-protection circuit prevents reverse power connection, voltage surge and short-circuit failure. IP54 sealing structure effectively blocks metal dust and cutting fluid splashing in workshop environment. Working temperature ranges from -10℃ to +70℃, max continuous rotation speed reaches 6000rpm, meeting daily processing demands of ordinary CNC spindles.
