PKT1030 series is a heavy-duty large through hollow shaft optical incremental encoder specially matched with AC asynchronous elevator traction machines. Model PKT1030J(4.0)-1024-G30F features a 30mm through hollow bore with standard 4mm internal keyway, which can be directly sleeved on traction motor main shaft and positioned by key fit plus locking set screw without extra coupling. It outputs HTL push-pull complementary A/B/Z signals to realize real-time elevator speed tracking, rotation direction discrimination and landing leveling zero-point positioning, the core speed feedback component for passenger lift control systems.
