The PKT1038-1024-C24C is a heavy-duty incremental optical rotary encoder belonging to the PKT large hollow shaft series, designed for heavy-load lifting and elevator traction equipment. It features a 100mm outer diameter metal housing and an ultra-wide 38mm full through hollow bore, directly sleeving onto large main shafts without extra couplings. This encoder outputs standard 1024PPR orthogonal ABZ pulses with Z-phase zero reference signal, supporting universal DC12–24V wide voltage push-pull complementary output for strong anti-interference. Equipped with radial outgoing shielded cable, spring plate anti-rotation mounting and IP54 dustproof protection, it withstands severe shock and vibration. Widely applied to elevator traction machines, container port cranes, metallurgical spindles and heavy automation equipment for stable speed and high-precision position closed-loop feedback. Custom resolution, cable length and bore size are supported.
