Z100H30-1024BM-30V3-7M is a heavy-duty large hollow shaft incremental rotary encoder designed for heavy industrial automation equipment. Full model definition: Z100 series encoder features 100mm outer diameter thick aluminum housing and Φ30mm large hollow through shaft, which can be directly sleeved on large main shafts without additional couplings for stable installation; 1024BM stands for 1024 pulses per full rotation, outputting A/B/Z 90° phase quadrature signals for high-precision speed, angle and zero position detection; 30V3 supports wide DC8~30V universal power supply with push-pull totem pole output, strong load capacity and good anti-interference; 7M refers to 7-meter long oil-resistant shielded cable, suitable for equipment with long wiring distance.Built-in multi-protection circuit prevents reverse power connection, voltage surge and short-circuit damage. IP65 dustproof and splash-proof sealing structure adapts to dusty, oily and humid harsh workshop environments. Operating temperature ranges from -20℃ to +75℃, maximum continuous rotation speed up to 4500rpm.
