The PKM series is SF Changchun Sanfeng split magnetic ring incremental encoder, adopting magnetic induction measurement principle (read head + separate magnetic ring assembly), completely different from traditional optical encoders. Without fragile glass grating, it features outstanding resistance to dust, oil mist, vibration and impact, specially developed for harsh heavy industrial environments such as metallurgical rolling lines, underground coal mine hoists, large heavy-duty servo and lifting machinery.

Model PKM82-D30-AZ-1024-3M-JS-G05L is equipped with Φ82mm thickened high-rigidity aluminum read head square flange, matched with Φ30mm large full through expansion clamping hollow bore; the magnetic ring is directly sleeved and locked on the motor main shaft, while the read head is fixed on the housing side, easy split assembly without dismounting the motor spindle.
