ERN1387.020 2048 is a high-performance incremental spindle encoder used as a direct substitute for HEIDENHAIN ERN1387 series, widely matched with CNC lathes, milling machines and vertical machining centers. It outputs 2048 pulses per full rotation with A/B/C/Z multi-phase quadrature signals to realize ultra-stable spindle speed feedback and zero reference positioning. Adopts standard hollow shaft mounting structure, DC5V RS422 differential line driver output with outstanding anti-interference performance, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference from spindle inverters.High precision grating ensures stable signal output under high-speed continuous rotation. Built-in multi-protection circuit against reverse power connection, surge and short circuit. Standard IP64 anti-coolant and dust sealing, working temperature -20℃ ~ +70℃, maximum rotational speed up to 12000rpm.
