
HC202500/0XX0XK9 HC20 Hollow Shaft Encoder 2500PPR DC5V RS422 Differential 9mm Taper Bore Radial Cable
The HC20 series is HENGSTLER’s cost-effective compact hollow-shaft motor feedback encoder, specially designed for small-to-medium AC synchronous, brushless DC and stepping servo motors. It integrates incremental quadrature pulse signals and UVW magnetic pole commutation signals in one unit, realizing simultaneous speed closed-loop control and motor phase commutation positioning.
Model HC202500/0XX0XK9 adopts ultra-compact Φ50mm thin aluminum housing, matched with standard 9mm 1:10 taper hollow bore, directly sleeved onto servo motor tapered spindle without extra coupling; built-in elastic spring mounting clip allows large spindle tolerance and ±20° phase fine-tuning between encoder UVW signals and motor magnetic poles, easy on-site installation and calibration.
Wiring mode is radial side outgoing multi-core shielded cable (K9 code pin standard), the internal circuit adopts phase array ASIC chip to optimize signal waveform, supporting stable high-frequency differential signal transmission. Standard fixed DC5V power supply, full RS422 differential line driver output including complete A/A-, B/B-, Z/Z- incremental signals and UVW three-phase pole commutation signals, excellent anti-electromagnetic interference performance for servo drive high-frequency switching noise.
Adopts IP51 dustproof basic sealing structure, high-temperature special bearing grease enables continuous stable operation in -40℃ ~ +120℃ wide temperature range, fully adapted to servo motor long-time high-speed heating working conditions.
